THE WEEKLY: Database Update +Coming Events

Happy Tuesday!

By now most of you should have received an email asking you to verify your information. So far I’ve received updates from about two-thirds of our membership. If you’ve already sent yours, thank you! If not, please reply as soon as you can. We have plans to migrate over to a new platform for churchwide communications, and it’s vital that everyone’s information is verified before we can do that. Even if you have no changes to what we sent you, please take a minute and let us know.

  1. Log onto “My Gateway”
  2. From “My Gateway” homepage, select “Give” in the bar on the left.

  4. Click the “Giving Statement” button in the top right corner of the “Schedules/History” page.
  5. Select the options that you want for the form. We suggest selecting “Last Year” under the “Quick Date Range” feature. This will give you all contributions for the previous year.

You have several options for giving:

  1. Paper check or cash – Can be given in the contribution baskets on Sundays. If giving cash, please place your contribution in an envelope and write your name on the envelope, so that we can edit your giving statement accordingly. Contributions will be attributed to “Tithe” unless otherwise indicated on the check or envelope.
  2. Through our church website – click HERE to access the “Give” page on our website.
  3. Through “My Gateway” – Follow the instructions above but select the “Give” menu option from the top bar instead.
  4. Through our Gateway App – Use the “Give” button.
  5. Through Text 2 Give – Text “Give $1” to (314) 384-9099…And Text to Give will then take you through the 5-minute setup.  Don’t forget to save the number under “Gateway Giving” for future reference!

With the exception of paper checks and cash, contributions can be given anytime during the week. You also have the option to set up giving for automatic withdrawal if you prefer. Your contributions will show up on your giving statement no matter which option you choose.
